CLSC Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (Cx)

Acting on behalf of the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services, the Société immobilière du Québec directed this project to relocate the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Centre Local de Services Communautaires (CLSC) to a new public building adjacent to the Benny Farm residential development. The project includes three floors and a basement, with a total floor space of approximately 6 000 m².
On this project, Synairgis acted as the commissioning coordinator and LEED advisor for the general contractor, ensuring compliance with the owner’s requirements for building commissioning and LEED.
Building Commissioning - Our mandate as building commissioning coordinator:
- Develop and document maintenance plans to ensure continued performance
- Coordinate commissioning activities with subcontractors in accordance with LEED requirements
- Document and provide the results of commissioning verifications
- Plan, coordinate and carry out tests and performance evaluations of electro-mechanical equipment
- Ensure the expected performance of building systems
