Éco-Maison Sans Frontières (LEED)

The Fondation Travail sans Frontières is currently planning the construction of an office building to be located at 4533 St-Laurent Boulevard in Montreal. The building will consist of 3 floors and will have an approximate area of 1 000 m² . For this project, the organization’s vision will be to build an office building that is a model in terms of a sustainable building. As a result of this objective, the project will be called Éco-Maison sans Frontières. 

With regard to this project, our team will take charge of the management of LEED certification that will allow to correctly define the objectives sought by the Fondation Travail sans Frontières for this project. Objectives will include energy performance, water consumption, indoor air quality, sustainability of the building and integration of the building into the neighbourhood.

LEED Certification Management - Our mandate :

  • Feasibility of LEED credits and identification of technical and budgetary constraints in cooperation with design professionals
  • Develop a LEED action plan to identify and plan all required actions, implementation modalities and follow-up
  • Assist stakeholders in the identification of materials according to their LEED characteristics and validation of applicable standards
  • Integrate LEED requirements into construction documents
  • Engage Contractor and Sub-Contractors at Start of Work
  • Supervision of LEED measures on site (management and control plans)
  • Final file assembly and follow-up during the audit
