Ecocentre Saint-Laurent

Owned by the City of Montreal, the new Ecocentre Saint-Laurent, which opened in June 2016, allows residents of the West Island to benefit from a new waste recovery infrastructure, built in an environmentally friendly and eco-responsible manner. 

The project stands out for the following performances :

  • 25% of the energy consumed is produced on site (wind power and photovoltaic panels)
  • Energy savings of 60% compared to the code reference case
  • 40% reduction in drinking water consumption
  • 50% of the materials are regional
  • 95% of the wood used is FSC certified.

LEED Certification Management - Our mandate :

  • Supporting professionals and clients in the LEED certification process 
  • Credit tracking and document management through an integrated web tool 
  • Integration of LEED requirements into construction documents 
  • Mobilization of the general contractor for control and management plans 
  • Quality control during the construction site 
  • Assembly of the final file and follow-up for the audit
