Montreal Soccer Center (LEED)

Owned by the City of Montreal, the new Montreal Soccer Centre, located at the Complexe environnemental de Saint-Michel (CESM), is a project with a surface area of 12 700 m². This future building will house a 750-seat soccer field with bleachers. The project aims to obtain a Gold certification under the LEED Canada NC 2009 program. 

With regard to this project, our team manages and implements LEED certification. Aiming for LEED Canada New Construction 2009 Gold certification, this project must integrate the environmental requirements of this system into its design and construction.

LEED Certification Management - Our mandate :

  • Feasibility of LEED credits and identification of technical and budgetary constraints in cooperation with design professionals 
  • Develop a LEED action plan to identify and plan all required interventions, implementation modalities and their follow-up
  • Assist stakeholders in the identification of materials according to their LEED characteristics and validation of applicable standards
  • Integrate LEED requirements into construction documents
  • Mobilization of the contractor and subcontractors at the beginning of the construction site
  • Supervision of LEED measures applied to the site (management and control plans)
  • Assembly of the final file and follow-up during the audit
  • Final assembly and submission of the project LEED file and follow-ups during the audit
