Energy Efficiency – The objective of this mandate was to provide the client with information and recommendations permitting informed decisions on energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. 

As part of this mandate Synairgis carried out the following steps : 

• Documentation of the building’s characteristics and systems
• Energy consumption assessment by using energy simulations
• Evaluation of applicable energy efficiency measures according to criteria such as financial performance, employee comfort and impact on greenhouse gases emissions
